SDFF Ticket Policy

Tickets purchased through SCA will be available for pickup prior to the festival at SCA during business hours (Tues-Fri, 10am-4pm, Sat 1-4pm), or during the festival at SCA beginning one hour prior to the first screening of the day.

Will-Call tickets can be picked up at SCA before the festival. During the festival, Will Call tickets will be at the venue of your first film.

Please Read and Understand This Policy!

For all screenings, in order to be guaranteed a seat, ticketed guests and passholders must be at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the screening. All screenings start on-time, we do not hold the door, not even for filmmakers.

Rush Lines

If a screening is on “rush” status (meaning all advance tickets have been sold), then a rush line will form for the screening. The line is first come, first served.

Rush line tickets are $12 cash only. Please bring exact change if you can. Punch card holders in the rush line can redeem one of their punches for admission.

All-Access Pass holders are permitted to come to the front of the rush line and be admitted once available seats are confirmed. Once the venue is filled to capacity, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

No refunds or exchanges.
